Located between the Rhône and Saône rivers, the Brasserie Le Nord is the first brasserie to be opened in Lyon by Paul Bocuse in 1994. At the heart of the Presqu'île, Le Nord offers to revisit the standards of Lyon Traditional Cuisine in a warm decor that kept its 1990's authenticity. On the first floor, in a quiet environment, several private rooms allow for business meetings and family receptions.

The Sunshine CuisineBrasserie Le Sud

In 1995, smelling the influence of Mediterranean Cuisine, Paul Bocuse opens the Brasserid Le Sud, only two steps away from the renown Place Bellecour. Le Sud invites you to a sunny escapade with a sun shining Cuisine with Mediterranean and Oriental cuisine. There, olive oil reigns supreme as well as spices that compliment fish, meat and poultry.

Travels CuiniseBrasserie de l'Est

Created in 1997, La Brasserie de l'Est settled in the stylish Brotteaux train station, classified as an historical landmark. Entering the Est is like diving in train stations ambiance, with their non-stopping back-and forth of travelers. La Brasserie de l'Est offers a Travel Cuisine : smoked or marinated fish, Cantonese rice with prawns and squid, Mediterranean veal scallop, the menu takes you along a travel of flavours.

Island CuisineBrasserie de l'Ouest

Located on the Saône coast, in the Vaise's Quatier de l'Industrie, the Brasserie de l'Ouest created in 2003, offers a classical Cuisine with a touch of exotism. Its design combines wood and metal giving it both a warm and modern feel. You will be impressed by the size of the open kitchen and the dynamism of the squad lead by the Chef Cédric Boutroux. Wine lovers will be seduced by the vast glassed wine cellar dominating the Brasserie's bar. A large and superb terrace is available on Summer, as well as a private parking and private rooms for meetings.

La Cuisine des Bords de SaôneRestaurant Fond Rose

Created in 2012, the Restaurant Fond Rose is situated in an old bourgeois house of the 20's, completely renovated. In Caluire, not far from the Saône river, Fond Rose is nested in a magnificent hidden garden at the end of a quite blind alley and offers a « Cuisine des Bords de Saône » in a pretty nature environment. This restaurant has an open kitchen, a beautiful dining room lit by a glass roof and several private rooms that can accommodate business meals and family receptions.

The 2-course and 3-course menus are available only from Mondy to Friday (except on national holidays). On Saturdays and Sundays, the Chef proposes a menu starting at €34.70 (Starter, Main-course, dessert) and a large choice à la carte.
