Risotto week


Tastings of the genuine Italian risotto by our Chefs.

The Restaurant Marguerite as well as the Brasserie Le Sud took part in the risotto week from the 26th of June to the 2nd of July 2017.

Chef Lasne offerd, in the Brasserie Le Sud, an Octopus Risotto à la Provençale.
Over in the Restaurant Marguerite, Chef Santin wished to prepare, for a week’s time, Tomato and Basil Tartare Risotto with Burrata Pugliese.
