Administrative & operational assistant
Supervised by the operation manager, you will create a link between the team and the support crew.
Your missions will be very versatile.
Three missions : team & service management, economic & administrative management, commercial development.
Prepare & serve beverages & cocktails corresponding to the restauration concept, retain customers, create a warm atmosphere.
Chef de Partie
You are responsible for a a kitchen sector that you organize and coordinate.
You teach and lead a team of kitchen clerks & half-chefs de partie.
You are responsible for a restaurant sector that you manage in an autonomous way. You take orders, you manage tables and you are the link with the kitchen team.
You help in the setup & cooking of some of the meals (peeling, cutting, hobbing...). You help dressing the dishes. You take care of the reception & storage of the goods.
You take care of setting up the restaurant's tables. You deliver the meals & drinks. You clear the tables and set them back up.
You take care of offering the customers a careful and adapted service.
Purchasing manager (H/F)
Analyze the commercial records in order to get better product margins. Build up partnership relations with the providers. Project study & management.
Wine waiter (H/F)
Counselling the customers and serving them wine at the table, while precisely following the rules of this work : opening, decanting, wine presentation and commentary, tasting and serving by the glass.
